Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Earth Born India, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmadnagar, Maharashtra, India.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute may be referred to mediation before pursuing litigation.

For farmer-related disputes, we encourage resolution through our farmer support team before escalating to formal legal proceedings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
